Tribute to Frederick Chopin

Chopin's work has influenced me especially by its exquisite melancholy and so I modestly dedicated the following piece to his work: "Meditation á la Chopin" The piece is inspired by the theme of piano prelude in E-minor by Frederick Chopin. The piano part of the 24-measure prelude was composed for chamber instruments, such as flute, clarinet, fagot, French horn, violin, viola and violoncello. Then it continues by waltz form, song form, "minimal music" themed variations and the piece is concluded by the last part of the prelude in E-minor. The piece has "an arch character."
